How should drivers be handled in the payment processing? Am I right that they get a discount or something?
Should this be automatic (lots of work), or applied manually (not much work when HWUMC-94 is done)? At the moment it assumes everyone pays the same amount.

Should be manual I think. There are other variables (might be a driver but not actually end up driving on the trip etc.

Ash doesn't seem to have access here, but he says he can just refund drivers their discount. That is probably a more straightforward way of doing it, even if it adds a small amount of work for the treasurer.
