- Need to figure out how to convince Castle to give us a Wikimedia IIrcClient object
  - ~~http://www.longest.io/2015/03/13/select-between-components-castle-windsor.html~~ Doesn't support pulling by parameter name, only type.
  - I've already got this configured for NagiosService... I've applied it to all commands.
