Points raised include

• Training mode, similar to google apps admin certification ( http://certification.googleapps.com/admin ). Possibly make this part of the application process
• Multi-level users, lowest level knocks out the worst offenders - will need RBAC control on statuses too
• Demo instamce for new users to play with the buttons
