Add this as a setting on the trip to be enabled when necessary.

Note to add allergies to the medical section

Default-enable the checkbox on signups

Default is no meal on the trip.

When there's no meal on the trip, signups all say no to the meal. When there is a meal, signups have a choice, default yes.
