Cannot remove from group warning displayed even if Cannot Remove from Self flag not set

Description

When removing self from any group, warning showing the tag error-error-group-leave-not-allowed is displayed. The cannot remove from self option is not set on any group except auth manager. Was removed from group despite warning. This bug does not seem to exist on the beta site.
