I was thinking about this earlier today, but maybe something similar to ASM that we could ping groups of people for certain things.

Maybe have where you send a command in a channel, say: !ping helpers
and it would maybe message or post the users in that ping group so that they would be individually pinged.

Might be useful if someone pinged !admin in wp-en-help to display their names also.
