Change the key of a stalk without deleting and readding the stalk.
Beware, this might be used in dictionary keys, so care is needed here - we might need to add a UUID to identify each stalk uniquely.

Yep, this is a basic architecural thing done at the basic level - ConfigFileBase. We'd need to restructure how that all worked for both stalks and templates. Might be worth squeezing this in alongside T1232.
